**MEDIUM ROAST: Smooth & Easy Drinking**

Luis Alberto Balladarez is an award-winning coffee farmer whose family was the first family to plant coffee in Nicaragua in the late 1800s. This blend is from his family's five farms and has quickly become a crowd favorite around Cincinnati. 

Our partnership began in 2010 and continues to this day.  Most of the churches we work with serve this coffee as Luis uses proceeds from his business to help grow the Kingdom of God in his local community.  We have also worked together to help establish a Compassion International Child Development center in Ocotal, Nicaragua!  250 kiddos are now getting sponsored through that program! 

In the Cup

This coffee is a fantastic daily drinker and goes perfectly with cream and / or sugar.  It is smooth, round, beautifully complex and sweet with notes of molasses, red apple, cocoa and caramel.
