Meet Honduran Coffee Producers Marysabel & Moises Caballero

While on a sourcing trip to Honduras in 2023, we ended up having a providential dinner at the home of Marysabel & Moises. While unplanned, our hearts were bonded and we look forward to developing a long-lasting friendship.  

This is admittedly a very low number of pounds to have sourced initially. Our offering sheet was full at the time of our visit, and much of their coffee was already fully committed to other roasters. That said, we did find some lovely and very high scoring nano lots to begin with and to build upon!

We took 4 Carabello staff members to Honduras in 2023 and they all were able to meet and get to know these fine people.
