Seattle Chocolate-Dark Sea Salt

The best way to balance something sweet is to add just a pinch of something salty, and this bar came prepared to satisfy. Bits of crunchy toffee, made locally in Woodinville, Washington, embedded in a swath of silky dark chocolate made with Rainforest Alliance Certified™ cocoa. We added just enough Pacific Sea Salt to keep it all in check. You just can't say no to a perfect pairing.
